This week, students will examine, illustrate, and compare the life stages of radish seeds and lima beans. This activity takes place over a seven day period to allow for student observation over time. Afterwards, students will describe the similarities and differences between the plant life cycles.
A life cycle represents all the stages in an organism’s life from birth to death.
Fourth-grade students will focus on the radish and lima bean plant life cycle as well as studying the life cycle of an earthworm.
